Legal Notice About the Platform Operator
The TalenexPro platform is operated by Talenex Inc., a company duly incorporated under Canadian law and registered in Canada. All references to "TalenexPro," "the platform," "we," or "our" in this document refer to Talenex Inc., its owners, administrators, and authorized representatives.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how TalenexPro, developed on the Bubble (no-code) platform, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information in accordance with Canadian and Quebec laws (PIPEDA/Law 25).
2. Use of the Bubble Platform (No-Code)
TalenexPro is fully built on the Bubble.io platform. As a service provider, Bubble acts as a data processor under Law 25. Data may be hosted or processed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US-East region. Bubble implements measures such as TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, automated monitoring, web application firewalls, automated backups, anti-DDoS systems, logging, and internal access restrictions. Bubble may access data only for technical support purposes.
3. Bubble Subprocessors Used by Default
As part of Bubble usage, the following subprocessors may process data:
- Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage)
- Cloudflare (security, anti-DDoS)
- Stripe (payments)
- Paddle (payments – depending on configuration)
- SendGrid/Postmark (email delivery)
- Bubble Analytics (internal telemetry)
- Third-party plugins available in the Bubble Marketplace (users will be notified of any significant additions)
4. Cross-Border Data Transfers and Compliance Obligations
In accordance with Law 25, TalenexPro conducts a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) for any data processing outside Quebec. Hosting on AWS US-East involves cross-border data transfer. Contractual safeguards are implemented with Bubble and AWS. While data may be subject to U.S. laws, TalenexPro applies risk mitigation measures.
5. Personal Information Collected
TalenexPro collects: first name, last name, email address, phone number, login data, professional information, platform activity, chat/message metadata, system logs, and billing information via Stripe/Paddle (TalenexPro never stores card numbers).
6. Purpose of Data Collection
Information is collected for: account management, matching users for virtual exchanges, platform functionality, security, support, billing, legal compliance, and internal analytics.
7. Data Security
Measures include: encryption (TLS), access management, continuous monitoring, regular backups, disaster recovery, detailed logging, scalable architecture, and strict internal policies. Bubble and AWS security measures further enhance overall protection.
8. Confidentiality of Exchanges and No Storage
Conversations conducted via TalenexPro are never recorded or stored.

9. Sharing with Third Parties
Limited sharing with: Bubble, AWS, Stripe/Paddle, Cloudflare, email service providers, and legal authorities if required. No data is shared for commercial resale purposes.
10. User Rights
Users have the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- De-indexing from search results
- Withdrawal of consent
- Data portability (where applicable)
- Deletion of their data
- Information about cross-border transfers
- File a complaint with the OPC or CAI
11. Automated and Human Support
Support is provided via chatbot (automated) and human support for Pro subscribers. Interactions may be recorded to improve service quality.
