1. Purpose of the AUP
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the permitted and prohibited behaviors on the TalenexPro platform, operated by Talenex Inc. It aims to protect SMEs, freelancers, and the integrity of the platform.
2. Scope
This AUP applies to all users, including SMEs, freelancers, employees, account managers, and any individual using TalenexPro, regardless of their subscription plan.
3. Role of TalenexPro
TalenexPro is an intermediary platform facilitating virtual skill exchanges. Talenex Inc. is not responsible for the content of sessions, advice provided, or user conduct.
4. General Principles
Users must maintain professional, respectful behavior and comply with applicable laws. All exchanges must be strictly virtual; no physical contact or travel is allowed.
5. Prohibited Content and Behavior
Users must not under any circumstances:
- Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other users
- Provide false professional information or a fake identity
- Share illegal, harmful, obscene, or defamatory content
- Request direct payments or exchange physical goods
- Circumvent the credit system, exchange limits, or subscription rules
- Send spam, unauthorized solicitation, or advertising
- Share another user's personal data without consent
- Attempt to hack, bypass, or disrupt TalenexPro systems
6. Exchange Restrictions
All exchanges must comply with the following rules:
- Sessions must be strictly virtual (chat messaging only)
- No monetary exchange between users
- No exchange of physical goods
- No travel to a home or business location
7. Reporting and Moderation
Any user may report abusive behavior or suspicious content. Talenex Inc. reserves the right to investigate, suspend accounts, remove content, or take any necessary action without prior notice.
8. Suspension and Termination
Talenex Inc. may temporarily or permanently suspend any account that violates this AUP, even without prior warning. No refunds will be issued in case of suspension due to violations.

9. Security and Technical Abuse
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Circumventing subscription or location restrictions
- Unauthorized automation (bots, scripts)
- Technical attacks (DDoS, injection, port scanning)
10. Personal Data
Users must respect privacy rules. Any misuse, disclosure, or resale of other users' data is strictly prohibited.

TalenexPro does not monitor, record, or store conversations.

12. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with Canadian provincial and federal laws, particularly regarding data protection, professional conduct, communications, and cybersecurity.
13. Remedies Available to Talenex Inc.
In case of violation, Talenex Inc. may:
- Suspend the account
- Restrict access to the service
- Remove credits
- Terminate the subscription
- Report information to authorities if required
14. Limitation of Liability
Talenex Inc. is not liable for financial losses, indirect damages, or harm resulting from user behavior or failure to comply with this AUP.
15. Modifications
This AUP may be updated at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the most recent version available on TalenexPro.
By using TalenexPro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
